Team Machines is a free Sound Pack of sublime Syntakt sounds put together by Elektron staff from across the globe. Plump with a multitude of magical melodic options, there is also a generous sprinkling of some percussive gold snuck in for good measure. The sounds were put together from a variety of Syntakt’s machines, with the most recent additions Sy Swarm and Sy Raw featuring prominently. So, plenty of digital synthesis and a bunch of analog too.

You’ll find 128 utterly melodic lead, pad, bass and percussive sounds for the Digitone in this patch pack. Many of these sounds have wonderfully expressive things happen when you apply aftertouch or jog the modwheel. Produced by the bewitching Black Nail Cabaret (Emese Árvai-Illés and Krisztián Árvai), who bring together luscious, perfect productions, beautiful vocals and a theatrical stage persona. Synthwave with a splash of goth, or perhaps dramatic pop, reminiscent of Soft Cell at their best. Don’t take our word for it, though. Check out their recent album Pseudopop. Needless to say, we were overjoyed when they opened up their treasure trove and unveiled the lush patches created in the process of making the album.

We don’t quite know how he does it, but master soundcrafter Rainer Öhman has done it again: a complete second volume of epic sounds for Analog Four. His first volume of Elektronos was so good you could pretty much flip all your old Junos, CSes and Polysixes and never look back. Again, we get the kind of material that gives you goosebumps in the best possible way. Spacious, warm, eerie and captivating sounds with a nod to the greats of the Eighties (Vangelis, Carlos, Carpenter) and modern equivalents like Dixon & Stein or the late Jóhann Jóhannsson. 128 Analog Four sounds (pads, basses, leads and more). Highly useful from the get-go and inspiring and malleable enough to quickly customize and personalize any way you want.
Please note this Sound Pack was designed for Analog Four MKII. It is compatible with Analog Four MKI and Analog Keys but be advised that there may be slight differences in sound.

This collection of samples by Kyoka is as weird as it is wonderful. As a whole, it is a colorful and multi-faceted answer to a pretty unique question: what sounds more exotic, alien and exhilarating, Kyoka’s Buchla system or Kyoka’s everyday surroundings as she’s trotting the globe performing, recording and living the life of a curious electronic musician? Besides being of high quality, impeccably original and musically useful, we like to think these samples also give us a glimpse into the beautiful mind of its creator. 127 samples: 46 sampled Buchla sounds (percussion, bass, soundwall, noise et cetera) and 81 field recordings (including ambience, found sounds – ranging from a German bird to Danish café chatter – and some unexpected pitched and percussive instruments as well).
While formatted for Digitakt, the sound files of this Sound Pack is also compatible with Digitakt II, Octatrack, Analog Rytm, and any other sampler that handles WAV files.

This is a proper set of massive-sounding acoustic drum samples. Painstakingly recorded by veteran session musician Jocki Löfmark, the idea was to get a comprehensive and useful cross-section of the studio equipment a professional percussionist would use (more specifically, in this case, the drums used by legendary Led Zeppelin percussionist John Henry Bonham) into the hands of us sample-wranglers. While the original studio equipment will eventually dry, fissure and fade away, these samples never will. Neither will rock’n’roll. For another decade or so, anyway. 128 samples including: 30 Open & Closed Hi-Hat, 21 Snare, 15 Bass Drum, 12 Floor Tom, 11 Rack Tom, 8 Shaker, 6 Rimshot, 4 Cowbell, 4 Crash, 3 Guiro, 3 Belt, 2 Clap, 2 Glass, 2 Tambourine, 2 Ride, 2 Snap and 1 Stomp sounds.
While formatted for Analog Rytm, the sound files of this Sound Pack is also compatible with Octatrack, Digitakt, Digitakt II, and any other sampler that handles WAV files.

This Sound Pack for Model:Samples taps into the classic drum sounds of the Roland TR-808 that permeated the 80s and beyond. The 72 samples, courtesy of Elektron resident Auvrel, cover all kinds of percussion, with nods to the iconic clicky snares and hi-hats as well as the booming bass drum that helped set the tempo for so many genres that hold electronic music at its heart. As a bonus, Auvrel was kind enough to throw in 33 melodic samples of TB-303 and MC-202, for a total of 105 samples.

Samples from Mars have put together this outstanding collection for Model:Samples, which sees 72 acoustic drum samples transformed and manipulated with an old skool sampler into bona fide drum machine hits. Recorded using classic equipment such as a 1960s Slingerland Drum Kit and the iconic Akai S612 sampler, the results have been clipped, warped, and filtered into unique, and oftentimes glitchy, sounds. It’s a real blast from the past, fired into the future.
